We are seeking an Office Administrator who is responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Nambeelup farm as part of our CM Farms division. Reporting to the Farm Manager, this role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating office activities, supporting production and livestock documentation, managing inventory and purchasing records, assisting with payroll and accounts administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations

Our Talloman division specialises in the processing of mixed abattoir materials and by products through our rendering plant located in Hazelmere. The site currently processes up to 3,500 tonnes of animal waste per week that would otherwise go to landfill.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day office administration and reception support.

Maintain accurate production records, including livestock movements, breeding, farrowing, mortality, feed usage, and inventory.

Manage office supplies, facilities, shared resources and general office operations.

Enter and update farm data into farm management software and spreadsheets.

Prepare routine production and performance reports.

Ensure records comply with company and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing, reconciliations and debtor follow-up.

Assist with biosecurity, animal welfare, workplace health and safety, and environmental compliance documentation

Co-ordinate veterinary medication supply for 10 sites; involving collating orders, maintaining inventory control systems, monitoring product usage and pricing, sourcing alternative products to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential medications.

Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, contractors and employees.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide administrative support across the business as required.
About You:
You are an organised, proactive and adaptable administrator who enjoys working in a varied role. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.

Experience in an agricultural, livestock or farming operation (Desirable)

Experience with Herd Software Systems (Desirable)
