Great Opportunities
As a Kitchen Hand, you’ll support daily kitchen operations through food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping), cleaning, and general kitchen duties. You’ll be part of a team that helps bring exceptional dining and event experiences to life.
This is a permanent part-time role, with shifts available across various outlets and our bustling events kitchen. Operating hours can range from 7.00 am to midnight, so availability for weekends and public holidays is a must – it’s all part of the fun in hospitality!

About You
You're hands-on, hardworking, and love being part of a team. You're not afraid to get a little messy and understand the importance of delivering smooth, clean, and efficient service behind the scenes.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

A solid understanding of food handling and kitchen safety

A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

Strong communication and listening skills

High hygiene and cleanliness standards

RSA and RCG (or willingness to obtain)
