NEED FT RESTAURANT MANAGER, START IMMIDIATELY
We are a family run restaurant, running for over 25 years located in Noosaville of Queensland. We are looking for 1 experienced manager on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will be positive, courteous, and ambitious, and be
passionate about managing, customer service and teamwork.
Main job duties for this position:
- Assist with the creative ideas to enhance guest experience
- The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to exceed customer expectations
- Supervising and leading the restaurant team in all areas such as operations, employee engagement and training & development
- Innovative approach to Beverage & Cocktail List, understanding beverage trends
- Drive the team to achieving key revenue targets and create strategies to meet budget
- Beverage inventory and cost management
- Roster management
- Reservations & event management
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within liquor licensing guidelines and house management policies
Qualification / Experience
- Educational background in managing & Hospitality or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience within a restaurant environment is preferred
- High standards in customer service
- High level of interpersonal, communication and team skill
