The Opportunity:

Reporting into the Administration Manager, you will work in conjunction with the wider team to provide administrative support on a wide range of tasks including but not limited to: -

General data entry, reporting and office administration
Entering quotes, jobs and updates across internal systems
Monitoring client portals, audits and insurance records
Liaising with customers and supporting day-to-day job tracking

Do you have?

1–2 years of administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone manner
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent customer service skills with a competent, confident, and solutions-focused approach
