# Multimedia Designer

**Location:** Brisbane, QLD

**Employment Type:** Full-time / Part-time

**Industry:** Hospitality / Food & Beverage

**Salary:** Competitive, based on experience

## About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative **Multimedia Designer** to join our growing hospitality group.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across our restaurants, brands and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands both **design and social media content**, and can turn ideas into engaging photos, videos and marketing materials.

You will work closely with our management and marketing team to develop content that strengthens our brands and drives customer engagement.

## Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging **photo and video content** for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms

* Produce short-form video content including **Reels, TikToks and promotional videos**

* Photograph food, restaurants, products, events and campaigns

* Edit videos using tools such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar**

* Create graphic designs using **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar**

* Develop promotional materials including posters, menus, digital advertisements, social media graphics and in-store marketing

* Assist with content planning and social media campaigns

* Maintain consistent brand identity across multiple hospitality brands

* Work with management to develop creative concepts for new campaigns and promotions

* Support new store openings, product launches and special events with creative content

* Stay up to date with current social media trends, visual styles and content formats

* Organise and maintain digital photo/video assets

## What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in **multimedia design, graphic design, content creation or digital marketing**

* Strong skills in **video editing and graphic design**

* Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms

* Strong photography and visual composition skills

* Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail

* Ability to create content independently from concept through to final production

* Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

* Good communication and time-management skills

* Portfolio demonstrating previous design, photography or video work

## Highly Desirable

* Experience working with **hospitality, restaurants, food brands or retail**

* Experience creating food photography and food videos

* Understanding of social media advertising and digital marketing

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

* Experience managing multiple brands or social media accounts

* Basic understanding of marketing and brand strategy
