Sproutwell / Cedar hot tubs is a family-owned and operated Australian business recognised as a leader in premium outdoor lifestyle products. We are expanding our exciting range of cedar hot tubs, saunas, wellness products and outdoor living solutions.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Spa Sales & Technical Consultant to join our team at our Head Office and Display Centre in Breakwater.
This is a diverse role that combines sales, customer service, technical support and occasional field servicing.
Your Role
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey while also providing ongoing technical support and after-sales service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email, website, social media and in-person showroom visits.
- Converting leads into sales and managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
- Advising customers on suitable spa, sauna and wellness products to meet their individual needs.
- Providing technical advice, troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to customers.
- Coordinating warranty claims, service requests and customer follow-up activities.
- Assisting customers with water care, maintenance and operational guidance.
- Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Supporting the broader sales and administration team as required.
- Regularly visiting customer properties to perform inspections, servicing, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Representing the company professionally at trade shows, expos and promotional events when required.
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- This is a permanent salaried position.
- Reasonable additional hours may be required from time to time to meet customer and business requirements.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
You Will Have
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn product systems and troubleshooting processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Sound computer skills, including Office 365 and CRM software.
- A current Australian driver's licence and a good driving record.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience in the spa, pool, plumbing, electrical, mechanical or building industries.
- Experience with technical support, servicing or maintenance-related roles.
- Experience working in a retail showroom environment.
