Full Job Description

We are an established Family oriented Dental Practice for 30+ years in East Geelong seeking a Full time or Part time 3-4 days Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist to join our highly skilled and dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, hold high ethical values and enjoys patient centred approach.

You will be responsible for working at Chair-side assisting. From time to time, you might also be needed to perform some reception duties. Training can be provided to the right candidate.

Ideal candidate will need to: -

· Have a caring attitude towards your team and patients.

· Have a minimum of 1-2 years of dental Assisting experience.

· Be able to multi-task in a caring team environment.

· Have a warm friendly personality.

· Have good organisational skills, with a can-do approach.

· Be able to show initiative and work independently when required.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

· Chair-side assisting/Sterilisation

· Be able to handling phone calls and manage appointment books.

· Process HICAPS claims and account management.

· Liaise with patients and practitioners.
