You’ll be working closely with our Local Sales team to increase our market share and revenue by turning lapsed or new local businesses into active ACM customers. This is a hands-on role where you will prospect for new leads through networking and cold calling, while developing persuasive pitches that convert prospects into long-term partners. This role will include a portion of account management, where you will grow existing accounts.
- Proven Sales Track Record: 3-5 years of face-to-face sales experience with a demonstrable ability to hit revenue targets
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to provide solution-based marketing strategies and navigate a competitive market
- Community Connections: A strong understanding of the Newcastle / Hunter region is highly regarded, with existing local networks a definite advantage
- Communication Excellence: You are a confident negotiator and presenter with intermediate digital literacy including Google Suite
- Drive & Autonomy: A self-motivated approach to achieving objectives with minimal supervision
- Mobility: A current valid driver’s license and a well-maintained vehicle
