Full Job Description

We're looking for a creative and efficient Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our crew in Bennett’s Green and help bring our customers' ideas to life.

Your Role:

You'll be at the heart of our design and production process. In our fast-paced workshop, you will:

Use design software like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and the Affinity Suite to create and prepare artwork for a huge range of personalised gifts.
Dream up fresh designs for our product lines and help customers with their custom requests.
Communicate directly with customers about their designs to make sure they love the final product.
Get trained on our top-notch equipment, including UV printers and laser engravers.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet our fast production turnaround times.

About You:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (this is a must).
Experience with Corel Draw and/or the Affinity Suite is a big plus.
A creative spark with a keen eye for detail.
You work well under pressure and can keep up in a busy environment.
A great communicator and a true team player.
Happy to get hands-on and learn how our production equipment works.
This is a perfect role for a recent design graduate looking to get their foot in the door and gain valuable, real-world experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Details:

Role Type: Part-Time
Hours: Minimum of 15 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between 7 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: Bennett’s Green, NSW. (Please note: This is an on-site role and we cannot accept applications for remote work).

Pay: $31.70 – $34.20 per hour
