As our Night Manager, you will be the hotel’s Manager on Duty, leading overnight operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will provide hands-on leadership, oversee the night audit process, maintain safety and security, and support the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night.
Key Responsiblities include:

Lead all overnight hotel operations and act as the primary point of contact for guests and team members

Deliver exceptional guest service, proactively resolving guest concerns and creating memorable experiences

Maintain a visible management presence and support VIP, repeat and long-stay guests
-
Lead, coach and support overnight team members, ensuring service, presentation and operational standards are met
-
Complete night audit, financial reconciliations and reporting accurately and on time
-
Monitor compliance with hotel policies, procedures, security and safety requirements

Liaise with departments to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest experience

Protect hotel assets, monitor cash handling processes and identify operational improvements
-
Respond to incidents, emergencies and overnight operational matters as required
About you:
- Previous experience in a Night Manager, Duty Manager or Front Office leadership role within hospitality

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service and night audit procedures

Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
-
Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail, financial acumen and organisational skills
-
Availability to work a rotating roster including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays

Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service
