We are seeking licensed Security Guards to join our team on-site with our client, a leader in the field of medical research (HRMI) based in Newcastle. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your security career with a company that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence..

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

Current and valid 1A Security License
Current First Aid Certificate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and professional presentation
Ability to work independently and manage situations calmly
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Previous experience in security is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Site access control and visitor management
Foot and vehicle patrols
Incident response and reporting
Monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems
Ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and the public
