About the role:
As a Clinical Support Officer, you will provide timely and accurate administrative support to nursing, medical and allied health teams. Working closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the ward or unit.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating administrative and clerical support functions
Managing data entry, reporting and records management
Assisting with rostering, recruitment and workforce administration
Supporting purchasing and supply coordination
Organising meetings, schedules, travel and accommodation
Liaising with staff, suppliers and support services
Assisting clinical teams with documentation and patient-related administration

About you:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy team environment and brings:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Experience using Microsoft Office and database systems
A professional, customer-focused approach
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration (or equivalent) if not already held
