The role
- We are looking for a qualified or experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team.
- This role would suit someone with strong optical experience who enjoys helping patients, styling frames, recommending quality lenses and working in a supportive, growing practice.

What you’ll do
- Provide professional lens dispensing and frame styling advice
- Help patients choose frames and lenses that suit their needs, lifestyle and prescription
- Take accurate measurements including PDs and multifocal heights
- Support reception, bookings and front-of-house tasks
- Assist with imaging technology including OCT/fundus, VO3 Tower and visual fields
- Work closely with our optometrists and dispensing team
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to a smooth patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Optical Dispenser or experienced Optical Dispenser preferred
- Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing highly regarded
- Friendly, confident and great with people
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Comfortable recommending premium lenses and eyewear
- Reliable, team-oriented and willing to keep learning
- Computer skills helpful, with training provided on our systems
