Serene Scapes Newcastle is a fast-growing family-run landscaping and fencing company delivering high-quality fencing, lawn care, and property services across the Newcastle and Hunter region.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fence Installer to join our team full-time.
About the Role
You will be responsible for installing and repairing a range of residential and commercial fencing systems while working alongside a supportive team that values quality workmanship and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of Colorbond fencing
- Installation of timber fencing including lap & cap
- Fence repairs and replacements
- Removal and disposal of old fencing
- Setting posts, concreting, measuring and setting out fence lines
- Installing gates and hardware
- Assisting with general landscaping and property maintenance when required
- Ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous fencing or construction experience preferred
- White Card
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labour
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- Experience with Colorbond fencing systems
- Landscaping experience
- Ability to operate machinery (post hole digger, auger, excavator)
- MR licence
