About the opportunity:
Join a supportive and fast-paced conveyancing team where you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your experience while working across a variety of matters from instruction through to settlement.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain conveyancing files from inception through to settlement
- Handle client communications professionally, including phone calls and emails
- Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, banks, brokers, and real estate agents
- Prepare contracts, transfer documents, and settlement paperwork
- Conduct title, council, and property searches
- Monitor critical dates, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met
- Assist with electronic settlements via PEXA
- Distribute and manage client intake forms, ensuring accuracy and secure storage
- Open, maintain, and update client files in line with procedures and compliance requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About you:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy across documentation
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
- Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of conveyancing processes and documentation
- Experience with PEXA (or willingness to learn)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desired:
- Experience with TriConvey – Conveyancing Practice Management Software
