About the Role
Big things are happening in water—and we want you to be part of it! With major projects underway and new opportunities on the horizon, we’re looking for an Associate or Senior Civil Engineer to join our Townsville office and work on local water projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver civil designs across the full project lifecycle—bringing technical precision and creativity to every stage
Produce and review high-quality documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards
Lead or support design management for diverse water and wastewater projects and program work packages
Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, working with structural, mechanical, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions

What We’re Looking For

Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (or equivalent)
8+ years’ experience in consultancy, ideally with water and wastewater infrastructure design
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WSAA codes
Experience in design management and detailed design delivery
Familiarity with Civil 3D and a passion for digital engineering
Understanding of Safety in Design principles
Chartered status (or working towards it) highly regarded
Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment
Bonus: Experience in Design & Construction projects
