As our Trainee Educator, you’ll have the rewarding role of making each day a meaningful experience for the children in your care. You’ll:

Provide a comforting and secure presence, making every child feel special and understood.

Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere where kids can form friendships and develop positive social skills.

Collaborate with families, sharing insights and working together to support the whole-child development.

Use your keen observation skills to meet each child’s unique needs and interests.

Engage in professional development, keeping your skills sharp and aligned with best practices.
We’re looking for someone with:

A willingness to study in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or already qualified.
- A valid Blue Card.

Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or a willingness to obtain).

A working knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards.

A genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive.

Availability Monday to Friday - 6:30am - 6:30pm
