About the Business

HORT CULTURE in North Narrabeen, NSW is a professional garden maintenance company that covers the north shore areas of Sydney.

We focus on garden maintenance and soft scaping, which gives us the ability to offer a premium service to our clients. We are a family run business who take pride in our work and enjoy what we do.

About the Role

- Complete all aspects of garden maintenance at a high quality as well managing a team.

- 4 DAY WEEK!!!……Working hours are 7am to 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday.

- Paid overtime can be available during summer.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

- HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY & RELIABLE

- Have excellent communication skills.

- A strong attention to detail and have a great work ethic.

- Qualification OR experienced in Horticulture and have a good knowledge of garden maintenance

- Hold a current Manual drivers licence

- Able to work independently, as a team leader or as part of a team.

- Teaching and passing on knowledge to apprentices

- Monitor the health of gardens and have an approach that progressively improves the quality of our jobs.

- Good time management skills.

- Have experience in all aspects of garden maintenance including:

Hedging

Pruning

Weeding

Plant health etc.

You will be working with all of our team members at a variety of jobs.
