About the role As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role supporting the Facilities Management team across IFM’s CBD commercial office assets. You will help ensure buildings operate smoothly, safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the day to day operations of commercial properties
Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
Attending onsite meetings and organising contractor access
Conducting regular site inspections and assisting with compliance reporting
Processing purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation
Ensuring tenants receive timely, high quality service
Maintaining asset registers and associated records
Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and building users
About You
Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a related field is preferred, however we are open to people with similar experience looking for their first role in property
An understanding of building services is beneficial
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Proactive, organised and keen to learn
