About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and lifestyle support to the Principal of a private investment firm and family trust.
This role is ideal for a student/school leaver/recent graduate seeking a highly flexible position. You will work closely with the Principal, managing a blend of corporate administration and high-end lifestyle coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinating business meetings, personal appointments, and family trust administrative tasks.
Lifestyle & Travel Logistics: Managing premium dining reservations, corporate hospitality, event bookings, and travel itineraries.
Concierge Support: Assisting with personal errands, property management liaison, and occasional lifestyle coordination as required by the Principal.
Correspondence: Handling general emails, light bookkeeping, and maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal affairs.
Requirements:
Communication: Strong communication skills and cultural fluency are essential.
Language Skills: Proficiency in an Asian language is highly advantageous, particularly Chinese/Korean.
Professionalism: Exceptional presentation, social etiquette, and a polished demeanor suitable for high-end environments.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, and a trustworthy nature. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a changing schedule, with availability for occasional weekend or evening coordination if required.
