Your role
In this role, you will lead and support teams to deliver high-quality services while meeting legal and administrative requirements. You will create a positive, ethical workplace where people are encouraged to perform at their best, contribute new ideas, and continuously improve how services are delivered. You will also play a key part in driving strong outcomes for clients and aligning team performance with organisational goals.
What you’ll do
The role may be a Registrar or Deputy Registrar in a court registry and will be required to supervise a team and effectively allocate resources to meet the Department’s requirements. The role may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions.

- Lead, coach and develop staff, fostering an ethical, safe and high-performing workplace where skills are strengthened and contributions are valued
- Drive strategies that support organisational change, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery
- Support the design and delivery of services that meet the diverse needs of court users
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the judiciary
- Ensure compliance with statutory, financial and administrative obligations while performing quasi-judicial functions as required
