Full Job Description

Position

Fashion Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner closely with our Fendi Australia team as the key HR contact. You will play a critical role in supporting business growth, shaping talent strategies, and building a strong, high-performing workforce.

This role will report directly to the Head of Human Resources, Oceania and is a permanent full time position based in our Sydney Head Office.

Job responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

Act as the primary HR contact for all people-related matters
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, structure, and efficiency
Deliver and implement key HR and talent initiatives
Drive employee engagement and translate feedback into action
Manage and oversee the HR budget and forecasting
Provide guidance on employee relations and organisational development
Use HR data and insights to inform business decisions
Support employer branding and talent attraction

Talent Management

Identify and support learning and development opportunities
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career development
Partner with regional teams on talent mapping and workforce planning
Strengthen performance management aligned with LVMH values
Stay up to date with market trends and compliance requirements

Operations & Projects

Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Collaborate on compensation and benefits planning
Drive cross-functional HR projects to improve business outcomes
Support additional HR initiatives as required

Profile

7–10 years’ HR experience, ideally in retail or hospitality
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
A proactive, solutions-focused HR business partner
Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable driving change
