Full Job Description

About Us

We are a small, family-run tax accounting practice supporting a wide range of clients including small-medium enterprises, individuals and sole traders, partnerships, trusts, self-managed superannuation funds, and non-for-profit organisations. We offer hands-on training, exposure to real client work from day one, and a supportive environment for new graduates starting their accounting careers.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping and data entry
Preparing cashbooks
Preparing individual and business tax returns
Preparing bank reconciliations
Preparing Business Activity Statements
Assisting senior accountants with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

Fluent in English
Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred but not required
Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
Overall Credit WAM and above or Accounting Major Credit WAM and above
No prior professional accounting experience needed, everything will be taught
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Remuneration

$60k ~ $70kp.a. + 12% superbased on experience
