Glass Fence Supplies is looking for a reliable installer to join our team installing glass pool fencing, balustrades, frameless glass systems etc etc.
This role suits someone who takes pride in clean work, turns up on time, can work safely around finished homes, and wants steady work with a growing business.
The role
You’ll be working on residential and some commercial projects, including:
- Installing glass pool fencing, balustrades, frameless glass systems
- Measuring, setting out, drilling, fixing, levelling, and finishing installs properly
- Loading and handling glass safely
- Working with clients, builders, landscapers, and other trades on site
- Keeping the work vehicle, tools, and job sites organised
- Following safety requirements and installation standards
What we’re looking for
Experience in glass, glazing, fencing, balustrades, aluminium, carpentry, landscaping, or construction is preferred. The right attitude matters more than having done this exact role before.
You’ll need:
- Manual driver’s licence
- White Card
- Good physical fitness and safe glass-handling habits
- Ability to use power tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and communication
- Neat presentation around clients and finished homes
- Ability to work independently once trained
Highly regarded
- Previous glass pool fencing or balustrade experience
- Glazing experience
- Ability to read plans and set out from measurements
- Own basic tools
- MR/HR licence, EWP, Working at Heights, or forklift licence
