SUBCONTRACTOR CLEANER — FULL-TIME (QUALITY-FOCUSED ROLE)NDIS & Aged Care Clients | Stable Long-Term WorkAbout the Role

We are a well-established property maintenance business providing ongoing in-home services to NDIS and aged care clients across Sydney.

We are currently seeking a reliable, high-quality subcontractor cleaning team to take on a structured full-time schedule (Monday–Friday), with flexibility also available for suitable applicants.

This is stable, ongoing work — not one-off jobs.

What You’ll Receive

Guaranteed full days of work (typically 8+ hours per day)
Structured schedules (approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
All jobs organised and scheduled for you
Ongoing, consistent client base
Long-term stability with growth opportunities
Potential for rate increases over time
Opportunity to progress into team leadership and commission-based roles

For established 2-person teams working full schedules consistently, weekly team revenue can exceed $3,000 depending on hours, performance, and workload allocation.

Key Responsibilities

Residential cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
Occasional deep cleaning tasks (training provided)
Following job instructions and schedules carefully
Maintaining consistent, high-quality results across all clients
Communicating early regarding any issues or concerns

Who We Are Looking For

This role suits someone who:

Is reliable and punctual every day
Works independently with minimal supervision
Has strong attention to detail
Has systems or routines to maintain consistency
Takes ownership and responsibility for their work
Understands the importance of professionalism in clients’ homes

Experience is preferred; however, mindset, reliability, and consistency are more important than years of experience.

Subcontractor Requirements

ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work weekdays
Professional attitude and presentation

Pay & Growth

Starting rate: $37.50/hr (after training)
Guaranteed full-time weekday hours available

Subcontractors who consistently deliver high-quality work and maintain strong client feedback are typically reviewed for rate increases over time, with experienced long-term teams potentially reaching rates of up to $50/hr depending on performance, reliability, and client satisfaction.
