We are partnering with a well-established developer-builder with over 10 years of presence in the Sydney market, delivering both Class 1 and Class 2 projects across the Upper North Shore.
This business operates across the full project lifecycle — from land acquisition, development, pre-construction, design through to construction — providing strong project continuity and stability for site teams.
With approximately 20 live projects and a structured team of experienced Foremen and Site Managers, this is a great opportunity for a Foreman looking to step into a long-term, career-driven environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations on Class 1 residential projects, ensuring delivery aligns with program, quality, and safety expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily site activities and coordinating subcontractors
- Driving program and ensuring milestones are achieved
- Maintaining high-quality finishes across residential builds
- Liaising with Project Managers, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety standards
- Reporting in line with structured SOP systems

About You
- Experience as a Foreman delivering Class 1 residential projects
- Exposure to end-to-end project delivery preferred
- Background in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Delivered minimum 2–3 projects independently
- Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
- Solid understanding of site sequencing, program, and quality control
- Mandarin speaking is highly preferred
- Builder’s License (or working towards) highly regarded
