BOOKKEEPER & PAYROLL - ADMINISTRATION PROFESSIONAL
Flowcrete Group Pty Ltd is an established supplier & manufacturer of concrete boom, line & trailer pumps to the concrete pumping industry. Our company has 5 branches across Australia & Auckland New Zealand.
We are located in Mount Kuring-Gai. It is only 5 minutes away from Hornsby, or a short drive from the Central Coast. (Accessible by limited public transport)
We are seeking an experienced & highly capable bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional with strong accounts payable & accounts receivable experience who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, & maintaining strong financial processes.
** MUST LIVE IN & POSSESS THE RIGHT TO WORK IN AUSTRALIA AT FULL-TIME CAPACITY**
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing the full accounts payable & accounts receivable functions
· Processing invoices, payments, receipts & account transactions
· Daily bank reconciliations including EFTPOS, Debtor payment allocations
· Debtor Receivable / Creditor Payable / Bank reconciliation / All credit card reconciliation
· Weekly payroll , superannuation payments & new employee related duties
· Reconciling supplier & customer accounts
· Following up outstanding accounts & payments
· Maintaining accurate & up-to-date financial records
· Responding to supplier & customer account enquiries
· Ensuring invoices & payments are processed within required timeframes
· Assisting with general accounting & administrative duties as required
· Identifying & resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
Additional Ad-Hoc duties include:
· Working with importing paperwork, banking internationally & relating accounts
· Allocating & setting up new jobs/production folders & files
· Answering incoming calls & general office duties
About You:
We are looking for someone who is confident working independently & can take ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven experience in accounts payable & accounts receivable
· Strong attention to detail & accuracy, problem-solving & reconciliation skills
· Excellent organisational & time-management skills
· A proactive approach & ability to meet deadlines
· Strong English spoken & written communication & interpersonal skills
· The ability to work independently as well as within a team
· A professional & reliable work ethic
· Drivers Licence would be an expectation to run errands, banking & other related duties
What We Offer:
· Full-time “in office” position - Monday to Friday / 8.30am - 4.30pm (can be flexible)
· Salary: $70,000–$85,000 pa + superannuation (6mth probation period with salary review)
· Preferred but not essential – Tencia Skills – If not training will be provided
