Opening in Martin Place, this elevated, design-led space will bring MECCA to one of Sydney’s most iconic and high-energy precincts. Surrounded by a dynamic mix of professionals, locals and visitors, it’s the perfect setting to deliver our signature service and unforgettable in-store experiences.

Martin Place is a fresh expression of MECCA - immersive, fast-paced and built for connection. It’s where we’ll continue to evolve how we show up in the CBD, bringing beauty to life in new and exciting ways. And it doesn’t stop here - this marks the first step in our broader expansion across Sydney CBD, with more to come as we continue to grow our presence in the years ahead. To bring this vision to life, we’re looking for passionate, customer-obsessed talent to join us. The role you could play:
We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Skin Specialists to join our Sydney CBD stores in NSW: MECCA George Street and MECCA Martin Place POP. Help bring the MECCA magic to life, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers every day!

Day to day responsibilities:

Be the go-to expert in store for all things skincare; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
Conduct skin services for customers including skin consultations and relaxing facials
Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store

What success looks like in this role:

Proven experience and knowledge of skincare products and how specific ingredients work for different skin needs
Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to feel amazing in their own skin
An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
A beauty therapy qualification is desirable but not required
