Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of chef experience.
- Experience working in a café and restaurant environment.
- Strong breakfast cooking experience.
- Proven experience preparing lunch and dinner menus.
- Expertise in:
- Breakfast service
- Pizza
- Pasta
- Steaks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Assist with menu planning and development.
- Manage stock and kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Visa Sponsorship: Subclass 482 sponsorship available for the right candidate.
Only candidates with relevant experience in breakfast service, café operations, pizza, pasta, and steak preparation will be considered.
Bartender / Barista Required – SQ Bar & Grill
SQ Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender / Barista to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy bar, café, or restaurant.
- Strong coffee-making and barista skills, including espresso-based coffees.
- Experience preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and food safety practices.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and other beverages.
- Make high-quality coffee and café-style drinks.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations.
Location: SQ Bar & Grill
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Candidates with both bartending and barista experience will be highly regarded.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
