About the Role
As our Senior Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll be at the heart of business operations, providing essential administrative, financial and customer service support across a diverse range of programs and projects.
This is a varied and hands-on role that requires great organisational and communication skills. You'll work closely with staff, managers and customers to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contracts and procurement activities through our project management system.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinating the Western LLS fleet and associated administration.
- Maintaining training records and providing systems training support.
- Managing records and information in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Assisting with asset administration and other business support activities.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and efficient business processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys contributing to team success. You will bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent administration, communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Confidence working across a range of systems, processes and projects.
- A collaborative approach and positive team mindset.
- A current NSW Driver Licence.
Experience in government, business services, finance administration or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
