We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Resort Coordinator to complete administrative tasks, onboarding of residents and ensuring a warm welcoming environment is provided for all.

About the Role

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and updating homeowner data and records
Raising, issuing, and tracking purchase orders
Managing digital filing systems and document organisation
Ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of registers and resort data
Providing general administrative support to the Resort Manager to assist smooth resort operations
Hosting open hours for residents to address queries

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working with data, registers and digital systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
A great communicator who enjoys supporting a busy team
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Experienced in administration, ideally in a similar role
Skilled in customer service, with a friendly and professional communication style
A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively
A holder of a current driver’s licence
