Casual Construction Labourer (Residential)

Location: Adelaide Region
Employment Type: Casual (10–40 hours per week, variable). With opportunity for full time.

As a young team, we’re building our reputation through hard work, reliability, and maintaining high standards on site. We’re looking for someone who wants to get started in the industry and grow with us as the business expands.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Construction Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. Hours will vary week to week (from 0 up to full-time hours), depending on project workload, so flexibility is important.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking to gain experience in residential and commercial construction. You’ll be working alongside our team across a range of labouring tasks, with opportunities to learn new skills over time.

Key Responsibilities

Site cleaning and general housekeeping
Structural grout infilling
Assisting with concreting works
Manual excavation and digging
Loading, unloading, and moving materials
Supporting trades and supervisors on site
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

About You

Keen to learn and build a career in construction
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
Reliable, punctual, and flexible
Positive attitude and able to work in a team
Takes pride in doing a good job, even on basic tasks
White Card (required) or willingness to obtain
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
