Tile & Waterproofing Tradesman Wanted – Sub Contractor or Employment Options Available
- We’re not a high-end, ultra-luxury, full bathroom renovation tiling company.
- We're not building new housing estates, apartment towers or city skyscrapers.
- We're not dealing with chaotic, multi-trade job sites.
- Instead, we specialise in rebuilding showers — we do one thing, and we do it extremely well.
- Our jobs are consistent, clean, and self-managed. 9 out of 10 times you'll be working independently on shower rebuilds — a typical shower is 900x900x1900 using 200 x 200mm or 250x400mm or 300x600mm wall tiles and 300x300mm or 200 x 200 mm floor tiles.
- This is a position strongly geared towards work-life balance — you can expect stability from us, and we'd ask the same from you.
What the Job Looks Like
- 1 to 2 shower rebuilds per week.
- Jobs always start Monday 7:30am — with completion by Friday of the same week.
- Finish on Thursday? No problem — you’ll still get paid in full; there's no penalty for working hard at the start of the week.
- Want to earn more? Many of our guys take on small ~4-hour maintenance jobs on Friday and essentially earn double time, while still working standard hours.

- We have work available in the following areas – Northern NSW, Gold Coast, Brisbane Bayside, Brisbane West, Brisbane, Northlakes & Caboolture & Sunshine Coast regions.
- Subcontract or employment options available in all areas we service.
- Company Van + fuel card, fully racked out and professionally fitted for shower rebuild work or Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Card (if being employed as an employee)
- Full uniform.
- Stable & regular work — no chasing jobs, all our jobs are very well structured & organised.
- Supportive team; admin & scheduling staff, warehouse team & a trades manager for any technical issues or questions.
