About the Role
Gaming Attendant | Oxenford Tavern
The Oxenford Tavern is seeking an experienced and professional Gaming Attendant to join our team. To be successful in this role, you must be 18 or older and hold current RSA and RCG qualifications. Previous experience working in a busy, high-volume gaming room is essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
We require full availability across days, evenings, including the ability to work late-night shifts, weekends and public holidays. If you have exceptional customer service skills, strong cash-handling abilities, and a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you!. Apply Now! Game on!
A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget

Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance

Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
What do we need from you
About you:
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates

You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends

You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications

You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
