About Us

Located in beautiful Southport with views of the Gold Coast skyline, Ace Dental Studio is a friendly, locally-owned practice. We use the latest techniques and technology to deliver modern, comfortable, and world-class general and cosmetic dental care.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, multi-talented team member for a hybrid clinical and reception role 1 - 2 Days per week. If you have a great work ethic, a can-do attitude, and want to learn alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Chairside Assistance: Prepare treatment rooms, assist with general and cosmetic procedures, and ensure meticulous equipment sterilization.
Patient Care: Help patients feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident during their visits.
Front Desk Admin: Manage patient bookings (phone, email, SMS), optimize the daily schedule, and handle paperwork.
Reception & Billing: Process payments (HICAPS/EFTPOS), manage patient follow-ups, and handle specialist referrals.

Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask between clinical and front-desk duties.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a team-oriented culture.
