About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Learning & Development team on a part-time fixed term basis working 7 days per fortnight.
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative Learning and Development team.
Training will be delivered to staff across our Residential Aged Care facilities, as well as our client-facing teams within Community Mental Health, Community Options, and Home Care services. You will also ensure compliance with accreditation standards, promote evidence-based nursing practices, and support our commitment to continuous learning across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
You’ll deliver a mix of clinical and general training, from inductions and workshops to interactive sessions delivered both face‑to‑face and online. You’ll take a proactive approach to monitoring training compliance, connecting with managers, and developing smart, practical solutions to close gaps and keep teams on track.
Working alongside another CNE, you’ll help shape and deliver consistent, high‑quality training and adapting programs as needs evolve. You’ll also travel to regional sites occasionally to provide hands‑on training and on‑site support, helping build capability and confidence across all locations.
About You
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Experienced in aged care, disability or community care settings
Skilled in designing and delivering engaging training programs
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or working towards)
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
Collaborative and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement
