1. Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate II or III in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred but not essential)
- Basic training or knowledge in CNC machine operation
- Experience working in a manufacturing, workshop, or fabrication environment
2. Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience operating CNC machines or workshop machinery
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (LF) (preferred)
- Experience using:
- CNC machines
- Press brake / guillotine
- Drilling, cutting, or fabrication equipment
3. Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience operating CNC laser cutting machines or similar equipment
- Experience working with sheet metal such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Ability to read and understand engineering/workshop drawings
- Experience with machine setup and basic adjustments
4. Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of CNC machine operation
- Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Ability to meet production deadlines
- Basic computer skills
