Are you ready to launch your engineering career with a leading name in civil and pavement rehabilitation? We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our dynamic team! Based at our Dandenong site, you’ll play a key role in delivering major road construction projects, with plenty of variety and the chance to travel to regional locations. This is the perfect role for a recent graduate eager to make their mark in the industry and gain hands-on experience with an industry leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the delivery of allocated projects to agreed time, cost, quality and safety objectives.
Monitor project cost, program, safety and commercial performance.
Assist with risk identification, issue resolution and opportunity realisation.
Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Project Engineers and Commercial teams.
Participate in project meetings and prepare reports and presentations as required.
Contribute to tendering, estimating and business development activities when required.
Build, maintain and grow strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Actively lead and promote a Zero Harm safety culture across all activities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
Exposure in civil road construction, stabilisation or surfacing industry highly regarded.
Ability to work away from home in regional areas frequently.
Successful track record with planning, organising and time management.
Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions.
Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders.
Enthusiasm with an aptitude for seeking further opportunities to make a significant contribution.
