In-Demand Beginner barista Jobs in Narrabeen, Nsw

This position is not suitable for beginners. We operate in a fast-paced environment, particularly on weekends, so you must be comfortable handling a high volume of coffee orders while maintaining excellent quality and presentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of barista experience
Previous experience working in a busy, high-volume café or restaurant
Excellent coffee-making and milk texturing skills
Strong latte art skills are essential
Must be fast, efficient and confident during busy service
Able to maintain consistent coffee quality under pressure
Good organisation and ability to keep the coffee station clean and well stocked
Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills
Reliable and a strong team player
Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Additional weekday shifts are flexible and can be selected based on your availability

We are looking for an experienced Barista who can confidently step into a busy coffee station and work efficiently from the start.

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
