Full Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we invite you to explore opportunities within our team & help support elderly customers (65+) to live independently at home.

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

Live in or near Narooma including surrounding suburbs Akolele, Bodalla, Central Tilba, Corunna, Dalmeny, Kianga, Mystery Bay, North Narooma, Tilba Tilba or Wallaga Lake.
Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept international licences or shared/rental vehicles)
Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday (some weekend rosters may be available)
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

Open to Experienced candidates
Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
Permanent Contract hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
Hourly Rate: $33.22 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
