About the Roles:
We're hiring Trainee Soil and Concrete Testing Technicians at our Sunshine Coast Laboratory. You'll be testing soil and concrete samples, operating testing instruments, and handling materials. These roles are a combination of laboratory and field based work.
This role is ideal for those who like to be physically active, are safety-conscious, and are looking for a long-term career. These roles are physically demanding and require lifting up to 15-20kg on a regular basis.
What’s in It for You:
- Pay Rate: $21 – $28 per hour (starting at $21 for trainees aged 18 years, with the pay rate increasing by age and trainee classification, in line with the Award).
- Junior trainees (under 21) are paid at the applicable Award junior rate, while adult trainees receive $28/hr.
