National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Dental Assistant to assist the team in our modern Mawson Lakes Practice on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant in our thriving Mawson Lakes practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. You will be responsible for stock management and working alongside your team to ensure efficient processes are in place. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for mentoring and training team members. You will ensure high standards of infection control.

Skills & Experience

You have:

Minimum Cert III in Dental Assisting
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
Dental Receptionist experience will be highly regarded
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

You are:

Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
