Home Care Support Worker / Aged Care Worker (Casual)

Support People to Live Independently in Their Own Homes

Elouera Home Support North Coast is looking for reliable, compassionate Home Care Support Workers who genuinely care about making a difference in people’s lives.

We provide in-home support to clients, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life within their own homes and communities.

About the Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to clients in their homes and within the community.

Services may include:

Personal care assistance (showering, dressing, grooming, mobility support)
Social support and companionship
Meal preparation and light household tasks
Supporting clients to attend appointments or community activities
Welfare checks and general wellbeing support
Respite support for families and carers
Following individual care plans
Completing clear shift notes and communicating with the office team

This role requires working independently in clients’ homes while maintaining strong communication with our office team.

This Role Is Best Suited For People Who

Are comfortable supporting clients in their homes
Are flexible with shift lengths, including minimum 2-hour services
Are available for mornings, evenings, and weekends
Are comfortable travelling between client homes
Are responsive and reliable when communicating with the office team

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have:

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services, or similar (or willingness to obtain)
Current National Police Check
Working With Children Check (NSW) or Blue Card (QLD)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
A valid Driver’s Licence
Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Experience in home care, aged care, disability support, or community services is highly regarded.
