We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team. Whether you've worked in recruitment, labour hire, account management or HR, if you're organised, driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Monday to Friday - Office hours ranging from 8:30am - 5:30pm
$60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for recruiting and supporting our temporary and permanent workforce, including:
- Sourcing quality candidates within the blue collar space
- Screening, interviewing and placing candidates into work
- Managing candidate onboarding and compliance
- Building strong relationships with workers and clients
- Keeping candidates engaged throughout their assignments
- Managing bookings, start dates and recruitment administration
- Supporting payroll and timesheet processes
- Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who:

- Is highly organised and enjoys multitasking
- Thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is proactive and enjoys solving problems
- Has strong attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Full Australian drivers licence
- Must possess full working rights in Australia
Previous recruitment, labour hire or HR experience is highly regarded, but it's your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn that will set you apart.
