Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Personal Assistant / Office Assistant to work closely with our CEO & Founder and support day-to-day operations across the business.

This is a hands-on, varied role that would suit someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly, takes initiative, and is happy to jump in wherever needed. You'll assist with a mix of administrative, operational, and general support tasks while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business.

About the Role:

This is a varied, entry-level opportunity to work closely with our CEO & Founder, providing support across a range of business, administrative and operational functions. You'll play an important role in helping the day-to-day flow of the business, assisting with coordination, organisation, project support and general team needs. We're looking for someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, highly organised and happy to jump in wherever needed. If you're eager to learn, enjoy variety, and want exposure to different areas of a growing business, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills while working alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support to the CEO & Founder
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
Manage calendars, appointments and scheduling
Assist with team administration and internal communications
Help maintain organised systems, processes and documentation
Support events, launches and special projects
Assist across various areas of the business as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

Based on the Gold Coast
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport required
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
Strong communication and time management skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Reliable, trustworthy and professional
