We’re on the lookout for a passionate and people-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead our KFC Mudgee restaurant — with an exciting opportunity to take charge of a new store opening later this year as we relocate into a brand-new restaurant. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the business, building a high-performing team and leading the restaurant through an exciting new chapter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Building a strong, positive and high-performing restaurant culture
Recruiting, coaching and developing future leaders within your team
Assist in managing restaurant operations including labour, inventory and financial performance
Preparing and managing rosters to support business needs and labour targets
Driving sales growth and achieving operational targets
Maintaining high standards across food safety, cleanliness and compliance
Creating a fun and motivating environment where your team can thrive

What We’re Looking For

Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or Quick Service Restaurants
A strong passion for people development and team engagement
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude, resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
