We’re on the lookout for a passionate and people-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead our KFC Mudgee restaurant — with an exciting opportunity to take charge of a new store opening later this year as we relocate into a brand-new restaurant. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Building a strong, positive and high-performing restaurant culture
- Recruiting, coaching and developing future leaders within your team
- Assist in managing restaurant operations including labour, inventory and financial performance
- Preparing and managing rosters to support business needs and labour targets
- Driving sales growth and achieving operational targets
- Maintaining high standards across food safety, cleanliness and compliance
- Creating a fun and motivating environment where your team can thrive
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or Quick Service Restaurants
- A strong passion for people development and team engagement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude, resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
