The Role
The role requires a team member to provide exceptional experience to our guests seeking to purchase vehicles. Specific responsibility will include but not limited to;
- Sell New and Used Vehicles
- Provide opportunity to guests for Accessories, Finance, Insurance and Aftermarket
- Meet ongoing sales targets
- Ensure that paperwork and contractual requirements are met relating to the sale
- Coordinate delivery of the vehicle to the guest with our internal support teams
- Ensure exceptional quest experiences and satisfaction
Candidate Skills
- The role requires a team member that demonstrates skills such as;
- Embody the hospitality quotient
- Autonomous and diligent with the ability to take full ownership and accountability to your workload and results
- A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Be punctual, reliable, adaptable and flexible
All roles are full time Monday - Saturday with rostered RDO’s as applicable.
