Goodlife Health Clubs is currently seeking passionate and driven Personal Trainers to join our team at our Kingsway location. This is an exciting opportunity for fitness professionals who are looking to elevate their careers with the freedom working for themselves and setting their own hours

As a Personal Trainer, you’ll be able to focus on what you do best, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours, the freedom to manage your own business, but have the support of a proven system that guarantees you a steady stream of clients.

Mentorship: Goodlife Health Clubs is the only fitness brand to have a Personal Training Manager in club, with the primary objective of supporting your business, managing your ongoing development and guaranteeing your success.

In Club Lead Generation: This model assists bringing clients directly to you, so you can focus on delivering exceptional training experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional personal training sessions to a diverse range of clients.

Build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Promote the benefits of personal training to gym members.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Engage in ongoing personal and professional development to continually improve your skills.

Work closely with the team to ensure the gym environment remains welcoming and motivating for all members.

To Be Successful:

Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health goals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.

Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge clients.

An exceptional work ethic.

Cert IV in Fitness (or equivalent) is required. But applicants currently studying are encouraged to apply.

Experience in personal training or a strong desire to pursue a career in fitness.

Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a flexible schedule.

Ability to travel to the gym location, by car or public transport.
