A reception position is available at Confident Smile Dental for 2 - 3 days a week (16 - 25 hours per week) and working day can be negotiated.

General responsibilities include:

Management of appointment books including scheduling and confirming appointments
Day to day patient management, including greeting patients, establishing relationships with new and existing clients
Assisting dental nurses with changeover and sterilisation
Processing HICAPS quotes, claims and account management
Administrative duties

Successful candidates will possess the following:

Prior experience in a reception/ administrative role is MUST, preferably within a dental, medical or allied health clinic
Good punctuality and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent patient care and customer service
Outgoing and vibrant personality
